Our goal is to become your single point of contact for everyday home maintenance by providing reliable technician support, transparent service and preventive maintenance throughout your membership.

7. Spare Parts & Materials
Your Oneline membership includes technician visits, diagnosis, labour and covered maintenance services. Spare parts, replacement components and consumable materials are billed separately whenever required.
- Only genuine or customer-approved spare parts are used.
- No replacement part will be installed without customer approval.
- Customers are informed of the spare part cost before any replacement begins.
- Labour charges for covered services are included in your membership.
- Spare parts, refrigerant gas, sealants and other consumables are charged separately.
8. Service Availability
Oneline services are available only within our active service areas and are subject to technician availability and operational conditions.
- Services are available only for residential households located within Oneline service zones.
- Response times may vary depending on demand, weather conditions or public safety restrictions.
- Appointments are scheduled according to technician availability.
- Premium members receive priority scheduling wherever possible.
- Emergency situations beyond our control may occasionally affect service timelines.
9. What's Not Covered
To maintain a focused and reliable home maintenance service, the following services are currently outside the scope of Oneline membership.
- New house electrical wiring.
- Complete electrical rewiring projects.
- New plumbing installations.
- Construction or civil work.
- Home renovation or remodeling.
- Interior decoration work.
- Painting and wall finishing.
- Carpentry and furniture repairs.
- False ceiling installation or repair.
- Waterproofing work.
- Roof repair.
- Tile, marble or granite work.
- Glass or aluminium fabrication.
- Smart home device installation.
- CCTV installation.
- Internet, Wi-Fi or networking services.
- Solar system installation or servicing.
- Generator or inverter installation.
- Lift or elevator maintenance.
- Commercial, industrial or office property maintenance.
- Damage caused by floods, fire, earthquakes or other natural disasters.
- Structural modifications to the building.
- Services outside Air Conditioner, Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Electrical and Plumbing categories.
If your request falls outside your membership coverage, Oneline may still be able to assist you at standard service charges, subject to technician availability.
